A Dual-Ring 12000-BTU burner and a 4000-BTU burner, both of which delivers equal heat to accommodate a range of culinary needs, are available on the Empava gas cooktop. such as boiling, melting, roasting, stir-frying, braise, steaming, or caramelizing.
The Empava gas cooktop stove (both LPG/NG Nozzles Included) delivers the same maximum BTU power to propane and natural gas cooktops (Default Natural Gas). It works manually without electricity and is suitable for a variety of applications, including RVs, light cooking families, small kitchens, mobile homes, outdoor use, etc.
The cooktop surface of the Empava is composed of 16 gauge stainless steel, and the front brushed electroplated metal knobs can endure high temperatures. The bottom shell is bent from galvanized sheet. To keep the pot steady, heavy-duty araneid cast-iron cooking grates are ideal.
